Pickup Policy

You will receive an automatically generated email confirmation when you place your order. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing. We will package all items available and in stock from our shelf and contact you via email or phone when your order is ready for pick up. A copy of your receipt or a photo ID may be required for pick up. 

You will be notified if any products are out of stock or unavailable at the time of processing. We will special order items not carried in the store, however, we may request a pre-payment. You will be contacted by a staff member regarding payment arrangements.

We request that orders are picked up within 7 days of their completion.

Shipping/Delivery Options

Orders are shipped using either 2-3 day priority mail or 5 day ground service. We use the United States Post Office under most circumstances. Overnight shipments may be made by special request, however, please allow for standard processing time and availability of products.Use the Additional Information text block to make any special requests.

Perishable shipments are made at your own risk with required priority mail service. Perishable shipments are not advisable through the summer months.

Minimum shipping fees are $6.25. Shipping fees vary according to weight. You will be contacted for approval if the anticipated shipping fee exceeds $10.

We do not offer International Shipping.

If you need to track your shipment, please refer to the order number on your order receipt and contact the store with your request. We will respond with a status report as soon as possible.

Please note that all charges are stated in United States currency. All weights are stated in US measurements (1 US pound equals approximately 0.45 kg.)

Sales Tax
State sales taxes are applied to all shipments within our home State. Sales taxes are not applied to shipments for destinations outside the State. Sales taxes vary according to the category of item ordered and are calculated at the cash register. State tax is charged in accordance with the law and all tax collected is remitted directly to the State and is not kept by this Store. Payment Policy
Payment for Pick-up Orders is required at the time of pick up. We accept cash, check, and certain credit cards. Applicable sales tax will be added to your order at the time of pickup. Orders that are not picked up within seven days of Notice will be returned to the shelf

Return Policy
Full refunds are provided for unopened products returned to the store in person or via a return shipment no later than 60 days from the date of purchase. A copy of your receipt is required with the product for a full refund. Refunds are not accepted on items returned more than 60 days from the date of purchase.

Refunds may be provided for opened products returned to the store in person or via a return shipment no later than 30 days from the date of purchase. We reserve the right to deny a refund. A copy of your receipt is required for a refund. Returned opened products are subject to a $5.00 restocking fee.

Credit Card Processing Policy
